Formation history:

Formerly known as Quang Ngai Sugar Company, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in 2005, it was equitized to establish Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company and has been operating since 2006.
On January 1, 2006 QNS officially went into operation. Starting challenges in the innovation period after equitization.
November 29, 2007: QNS was officially recognized as a public company according to Certificate No. 236/DKCB issued by the State Securities Commission.
In 2008, established a subsidiary according to decision No. 07/QD/CPĐQN-HĐQT dated January 18, 2008, Thanh Phat Trading Company Limited (formed on the basis of a number of departments of QNS), with 100% ownership.
From an equitized 100% state-owned enterprise, on June 23, 2009, the state divested all capital in QNS by selling to outside investors and employees in the company and officially became a Joint Stock Company with no more state capital.

Mineral water exploitation, production, processing and trading
Commercial business, general services and import-export activities.

Construction, repair and installation of machinery and equipment, processing and manufacturing of mechanical products serving the manufacturing and civil industries.
