Establishment History and Development
- 1984: The Company's predecessor, the Rubber Industry and Import-Export Company, was established
- Year 2004: Implemented the conversion to a joint stock model according to Decision No. 4260 QD-BNN-TCCB dated November 30, 2004 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
- In 2005: The company officially operated as a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 41030003436 from May 28, 2005 with the name Rubber Industry and Import-Export Joint Stock Company and initial charter capital of 50 billion VND
- Year 2008: The company was included in the list of public companies by the State Securities Commission
- April 29, 2010: The company was granted the first securities depository registration certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center
- February 3, 2016: Company shares were approved to register for trading on UPCoM with the stock code RBC
- February 18, 2016: RBC's first trading day on UPCoM with a closing price of 13,000 VND/share
