Formation history:
- Cho Lon Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established from the equitization of the State-owned enterprise District 8 Construction and Housing Services Company. The predecessor of District 8 Construction and Housing Services Company was previously established on the basis of merging two units, House Repair Construction Enterprise and District 8 Housing Development Management Enterprise and expanding operational functions according to decision No. 114/QD-UB dated March 15, 1989 of the People's Committee of District 8 and Decision No. 245/QD-UB dated February 15, 1992 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
