Establishment History:
- Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company was established in 1977, the original name was State-owned Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Enterprise.

Jardine Matheson group aims to mobilize capital for infrastructure investment projects and build a cooperative relationship between REE and Jardines to jointly implement the Company's business development strategy.
