Establishment History:
- Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company was established on December 20, 1985 due to the merger between two rubber companies: Bac Tay Ninh Rubber Company (belonging to the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province) and Thien Ngon Rubber Company (belonging to the General Department of Vietnam Rubber).
- Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company is headquartered in Thanh Phu hamlet - Tan Hiep commune - Tan Chau district - Tay Ninh province (Phone: 066 3875193, Fax: 066 3875307) is a state-owned enterprise, a member unit of the General Cong. Vietnam Rubber Company (now Vietnam Rubber Industry Group).
- The company has 4 farms: Xa Mat, Tan Hiep, Bo Tuc, Suoi Ngo; 1 Mechanical processing factory,.
- The Company's operating area is located in 8 communes in 2 border districts of Tan Chau and Tan Bien in Tay Ninh province, implementing the Party's policy with the cross-cutting task of building and developing the socio-economy, working together with the locality to do well in national defense; security; social order and safety in the area.
- The main functions and tasks of the Company are reclamation, new planting, care, exploitation, rubber processing, and trade. Currently, the Company has a garden area of: 6,795 hectares. With the permission of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company invested in planting 17,000 hectares of rubber in KamPongThom province, Kingdom of Cambodia.

- To meet the increasing needs of customers, the Company has successfully built and applied a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standards; and has been granted a quality seal for latex and latex products. In 2006 and 2007, the Company was awarded the Vietnam Quality Award by the Ministry of Science and Technology and was awarded the prestigious and quality Vietnamese Enterprise Certificate.
- For the above achievements, the Company was awarded:
- First-class Labor Medal (2005), Second-class Labor Medal (2000), Order Third Class Labor chapter (1995),
- Third-class Victory Medal (1996), Government Certificate of Merit (1993) and many certificates of merit from ministries and branches (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Trade, Rubber Industry...)
