Establishment History:
- Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company's predecessor was a material supply company under Song Da Construction Corporation (now Song Da Corporation) established by decision No. 217 MXD-TCCB dated February 1, 2019. 1980 of the Minister of Construction on the basis of merging the units of Transport Supply Enterprise, Equipment Receiving Board, Wood Industry, Stone Mining Enterprise, Yen Mong Brick Enterprise and Song Da Hydropower Construction Materials Production Site.On March 26, 1993, Song Da 12 Company was established under decision No. 135A/BXD-TCLD of the Ministry of Construction according to Decree No. 388/HDBT dated November 20, 1991 and Decree No. 156/HDBT dated November 20, 1991. May 7, 1993 of the Council of Ministers.
- Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 2098/QD-BXD dated December 30, 2004 of the Minister of Construction, on the basis of converting a State-owned enterprise into a Joint Stock Company.
- On April 22, 2005, the Company officially went into operation in the form of a Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No. 0103007524 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City.
- On January 16, 2008, shares of Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company (S12) were officially traded at Hanoi Stock Exchange Center (now Hanoi Stock Exchange).
