Establishment History and Development
- The Company's predecessor was Ha Tinh Construction Company No. II - a state-owned enterprise established in October 1996 on the basis of merging construction enterprises under the Department of Construction. By the end of 2003, Ha Tinh Construction Company No. II was equitized to become Ha Tinh Construction Joint Stock Company No. II according to Decision No. 2342/QD.UBND dated October 10, 2003 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province. By the end of 2004, according to Decision No. 481 TCT/HĐQT dated August 19, 2004, Song Da Corporation, the Company officially became a member of Song Da Corporation and changed its name to Song Da 27 Joint Stock Company.
- Up to now, the Company has a long tradition of more than 18 years of operation in the field of infrastructure construction. With high capacity and professionalism, the Company has created and built the Song Da 27 brand to become a strong brand among members of the Song Da Group. The company is constantly developing in all aspects in terms of scale, organization, capacity, industry as well as scope of operations. The total benefit next year is higher than the previous year, the material and spiritual life of workers is increasingly improved.
- On August 4, 2010, Hanoi Stock Exchange approved listing 1,572,833 shares of Song Da 27 Joint Stock Company at the Department. On May 27, 2013, the Company was forced to delist 1,572,833 shares due to accumulated losses exceeding the actual contributed charter capital.
- On October 17, 2014, Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the registration of trading shares of the Company on UPCOM.
