Establishment History:
- Year 2004: Established Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 980/QD - BXD dated June 22, 2004 of the Ministry of Construction, construction of PleiKrong and Se San 3A hydroelectric projects. The General Meeting of Shareholders established on July 25, 2004 approved the Company's Charter of Organization and Operation. On August 9, 2004, the first Business Registration Certificate was issued.
- December 22, 2006: Joined the stock exchange. Listed shares on the stock market at Hanoi Stock Exchange Center with stock code S55.
- 2007: Implemented the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 28, 2007 passed the Resolution to increase charter capital from 7 billion to 24.96 billion.
- Year 2008: Registered to implement a quality management system according to ISO 9001-2000 standards and was officially granted ISO9001:2000 standard compliance certificate number HT1905.09.28 on January 12, 2009. Established Branch 555 on October 20, 2008.
- 2009: Complete and maintain a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards, deploy upgrades according to the ISO 9001-2008 standard system. Established Experimental Branch on January 6, 2009, Branch 515 on April 3, 2009 and Branch 525 on December 2, 2009. Received certificate of conformity with ISO 9001-2008 System No. HT1805/1.10.28 on March 11, 2010
- 2013: Change of business registration for the 7th time on September 13, 2013. Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company divested investment capital at Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company with 32.6% of charter capital. During the year, the Company bought back treasury shares: 495,900 shares, reducing the number of outstanding shares as of December 31, 2013: 2,000,100 shares.
- In 2014: The company sold all 495,900 shares at an average price after deducting transaction fees of: 73,856,VND/1 share to gain capital surplus value: 19,843,739,765,VND
- 2015: The Company approved an increase in charter capital from 24,960,000,000 VND to 49,920,000,000 VND from the Company's surplus capital
