• Song Da 7.04 Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Song Da 7.04 Enterprise and Song Da 7.06 Enterprise belongs to Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company.
• In 2003Song Da 7.04 Factory and Song Da 7.06 Factory were established and assigned the task of productioncommercial concrete and production of crushed stone for the construction of Tuyen Quang hydroelectric project.
• In July 2006, implementing the policy of improving production capacity and focusing on rearranging the industry structure in the enterprise, the Board of Directors of Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company decided to merge the two units Song Da 7.04 Enterprise and Song Da 7.06 Enterprise into one and named it Song Da Enterprise. 7.04.
• On December 20, 2007, the Board of Directors of Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company issued Decision No. 22A QD/CTHDQT on the dissolution of Song Da 7.04 Enterprise directly under Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company.
• On the same day, December 20, 2007, the Board of Directors of Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company issued decision No. 22CT/BOD on the establishment of Song Da 7.04 Joint Stock Company.
• Song Da 7.04 Joint Stock Company officially went into operation on December 26, 2007 with a registered charter capital of 40 billion VND, according to Business Registration Certificate No. 24.03.000161 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Son La province. The Company's actual contributed capital as of December 26, 2007 was 24.1 billion VND(contributed capital of the Company's founding shareholders). The remaining charter capital(15.9 billion VND) was contributed by officers and employees of Song Da 7.04 Joint Stock Company and Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company in 2008.
• As of December 31, 2008, the Company's charter capital was officially recorded as 40 billion VND.
• On February 2, 2009, the Company changed its first Business Registration Certificate. Accordingly, the Company's Business Registration Certificate was changed from No. 24.03.000161 to No. 55.00.296523(coincident with the Company's tax code), and at the same time, the Company's actual contributed charter capital was changed from VND 24.1 billion to VND 40 billion.
