Establishment History:
- Song Da 909 Joint Stock Company, formerly Song Da 903 Enterprise - Song Da 9 Company, Song Da Corporation, was established by decision No.: 15 CT/TCHC signed by Director of Song Da 9 Company on November 20, 1998.
- After nearly 5 years of operation, Song Da 903 Enterprise was converted into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 995/QD-BXD dated July 25, 2003 of the Minister of Construction on converting Song Da 903 Enterprise under Song Da 9 Company into a Company. Song Da 909 Joint Stock Company with an initial registered charter capital of 3 billion VND.
- Date 18 /6 /2008 , Song Da 909 Joint Stock Company has officially been registered for business under Business Registration License No. 0103021586 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.
- On December 6, 2006, the Company was officially registered for stock trading at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center according to Decision No. 67/QD-TTGDHN dated December 6, 2006 of the Director of the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center Noi.
- 2007: Increased charter capital from 3,000,000,000 VND to 15,000,000,000 divided into 2 phases.
- 2009: Increase charter capital from 15,000,000,000 VND to 44,497,400,000 VND through paying stock dividends to existing shareholders.
- 2010: Increase charter capital from 44,497,400,000 VND to 80,000,000,000 VND through issuing new shares to increase charter capital.
- 2011: Increase charter capital from 80,000,000,000 VND to 99,989,600,000 VND through paying stock dividends to existing shareholders.
- 2012: Increase charter capital from 99,989,600,000 VND to 124,969,290,000 VND through payment of stock dividends and stock bonuses to existing shareholders to increase charter capital rules.
- Year 2015: Change of Business Registration for the 11th time on June 26, 2015.
