Establishment History:
- Formerly Cho Lon brewery belongs to B.G.I beer company
- May 17, 1977 Saigon Brewery was established
- May 6, 2003 SABECO Saigon Beer and Wine Corporation was established on the basis of Saigon Beer Company and received new members: Binh Liquor Company West; Chuong Duong Beverage Company; Phu Tho Glass Factory; NGK Saigon Beer and Wine Service Trading Company.
- On May 11, 2004, Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation was transferred to organize and operate according to the parent company - subsidiary model according to Decision No. 37/2004/QD-BCN of the Minister of Industry.
- On December 6, 2016, first transaction on HOSE with reference price of 110,000 VND/share.
