Establishment History:
- >SAFOCO Food Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Food Store No. 4, was established in 1995, is a dependent accounting economic unit and is directly managed by Ho Chi Minh City Food Company. In 1999, the store was renamed SAFOCO Food Factory. The enterprise officially switched to operating in the form of a Joint Stock Company since May 1, 2005 with a charter capital of 22 billion VND, of which the State holds 51.29%
- The company began listing with the stock code SAF on December 28, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange.
