Establishment History and development:
- Established in 1993, through more than 18 years of construction and development, SASCO Company has made great strides.
- Quickly seizing new opportunities from the strong rise of the country's economy, SASCO's staff and employees have united to strive to emulate production labor, improve competitiveness, and help the Company develop strongly in many fields. From a production and service unit in the Aviation Industry, SASCO Company has now become a large and reputable enterprise in many fields in the domestic and foreign markets. SASCO's journey of construction and development has gone through many milestones and important events marking the improvement and continuous growth of SASCO Company.
- 1993 - On April 22, 1993, SASCO Company was established.
- 1993 - Established Duty Free Sales Department.
- 1995 - Establishment of Taxi Transport Enterprise.
- 2002 - May 2002: Established Real Estate Sales Department.
- July 2002: Established the Corporate Office and Human Resources Department on the basis of separating the Organization Department - Foreign Affairs Office.
- 2003 - January 2003: Established SASCO Travel Tourism Center.
- 2004 - February 2004: Establishment of the Party and Union Office.
- February 2004: Established Hanoi and Phu Quoc Branches.
- December 2004: Converted Wami Pure Water Factory into ASB.Co Aviation Beverage Joint Stock Company (now Southern Aviation Trading Joint Stock Company (SATCO).
- 2005 - January 2005: Converted Taxi Transport Enterprise into SASCO Taxi Joint Stock Company (now Saigon Airport Joint Stock Company SG.A).
- 2006 - November 2006: Establishment of Quality Standards Department.
- 2007 - January 2007: Establishment of Advertising Sales Department.
- April 2007: Establishment of Investment Department.
- November 2007: Officially opened SASCO BLUE LAGOON RESORT, Phu Quoc.
- 2008- January 2008: Established Information Technology Department.
- February 2008: Established Research and Development Department.
- March 2008: Official opening of Viet House - Viethaus, Germany.
- September 2008: The Automobile Transport Enterprise separated from SASCO and became part of the Southern Airports Corporation and was renamed the Southern Air Transport Enterprise (now the Air Car Transport Joint Stock Company).
- 2009- July 2009: Aviation Commercial Services Enterprise officially changed its name to SASCO TSN - STTC Trade Center.
- 2010- May 2010: SASCO officially changed its new logo with the flower fan symbol.
- July 2010: SASCO transformed the business into Tan Son Nhat Airport Airline Service One Member Company Limited
- From January 1, 2015: SASCO officially operates under the Joint Stock Company model with the name Tan Son Nhat Airport Aviation Services Joint Stock Company.
