Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Song Be Rubber Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Song Be Rubber Company, is a state-owned enterprise, directly under the People's Committee of Song Be province. From the early days of establishment, the Company was located in the Bau Bang area, then moved to the Nha Bich area and then the Company merged the Nha Bich State Farm and built a permanent base from the current area.
- In the 19X0s, the Company was formed from the resolution of the 3rd (former) Song Be Provincial Party Congress, stemming from the idea of building a provincial rubber company to develop the rubber industry and contribute to the economic development of the province. On that basis, the Company was officially established under Decision No. 697/QD-UB dated June 16, 1983 of the People's Committee of Song Be province (old).
- In 1997, the former Song Be province was split into two provinces, Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc. Due to its geographical location, the Company became an economic unit under Binh Phuoc province. With the attention of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee in expanding the scale of the Company's operations, in June 1998, Phu Thanh Forest Truong was merged into Song Be Rubber Company according to Decision No. 1343/QD-UB dated June 5, 1998 of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee with a total area of 7,896.95 hectares, including planted forests, zoned forests and land assigned to people for production. agricultural and forestry export.
- In May 2008, implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province, Song Be Rubber Company was split into Song Be Rubber Company and Binh Phuoc Rubber Company Limited under the Provincial Party Committee. At the time of division, the Company transferred to Binh Phuoc Rubber Company Limited 2,789.7 hectares of rubber with the investment capital of the rubber garden at the time of transfer of 102,903 million VND, the number of transferred employees was 360 people, the charter capital of Song Be Rubber Company at the time of transfer was: 24,157,419,463 VND.
- On July 1, 2010, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province issued Decision No. 1492/QD-UBND converting Song Be Rubber Company into Song Be Rubber Company Limited with a charter capital of 129,432,440,509 VND.
- On October 25, 2018, Song Be Rubber Company Limited successfully organized the initial public offering auction at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, with the number of shares offered at a price of 41,000,000 shares, the number of winning shares was 310,200 shares, the highest successful bid was 310,200 shares. 10,300 VND/share, the lowest successful auction price is 10,000 VND/share, the average successful auction price is 10,002 VND/share. After that, the Company continued to sell the unsold shares in the initial public offering at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, with the number of shares of 05 investors participating in purchasing 305,500 shares.
- On December 26, 2018, the Company successfully organized the Shareholders' Meeting to establish Song Be Rubber Joint Stock Company.
- On January 3, 2019, the Company officially converted into a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 3800100464 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Phuoc province, registered for the sixth change on January 3, 2019 with a charter capital of 821,034,960,000 VND.
- On April 23, 2019, the State Securities Commission issued document No. 2529/UBCK-GSSĐC approving the Company as a public company.
- On August 8, 2019, the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Phuoc province issued a business registration certificate, registering the seventh change, with a charter capital of 813,961,920,000 VND.
