Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Siam Brothers Vietnam Company Limited, was established in 1995 under Investment Certificate No. 1321/GP issued by the State Committee for Cooperation Cooperation and Investment, now the Ministry of Planning and Investment, issued on July 18, 1995, with 100% capital investment of Siam Brothers Group Company - Thailand. After more than 20 years of construction and development, the Company has achieved positive results. The Company's products are highly appreciated by customers and increasingly popular. The company has three factories with a total capacity of over 10,000 tons of products a year, equipped with a production line system with the most modern technology imported from Italy, Germany, Japan, India and Thailand. Currently now, the Company is the leading manufacturer and supplier of fishing ropes in Vietnam. The Company's development process includes the following main milestones:
- July 1995: Received Investment Certificate to establish the Company.
- July 1995: Factory No. 1 came into operation.
- 2008: Factory No. 2 went into operation; Completed procedures for owning 41,506.21 m2 of land construction of Factory No. 3.
- September 2009: Converted the Company from a limited liability company to a joint stock company form. Shareholders contribute capital to increase charter capital from 33.6 billion VND to 80 billion VND VND.
- June 2013: Factory No. 3 went into operation. The company increased its charter capital from 80 billion VND to 122.7 billion VND.
- 2014: Increase charter capital from 122.7 billion VND to 163.4 billion VND.
- 2016: Increase charter capital from 163.4 billion VND to 205.4 billion VND through the issuance 4,200,000 shares to the public according to the Public Offering Certificate publication No. 31/GCN-UBCK dated June 9, 2016
- The company became a public company from September 7, 2016 according to official dispatch No. 8605/UBCK-GSDC dated December 29, 2016 of the State Securities Commission
