Establishment History:

Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5 is a production and business unit under Construction Corporation No. 1 under the Ministry of Construction. The company originated from a Hoa Binh Construction complex that existed before liberation and developed until today.
>In 1978, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued Decision No. 1040/QDUB dated June 10, 1978 on the assignment of construction contractors residing in the City to central ministries and facilities of the City. and southern provinces, transferred Binh Hoa Complex and 07 shareholders represented by Mr. Duong Van Bong to be managed by the Ministry of Construction.
>On July 12, 1978, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 128/VP CT approving Binh Hoa Construction Private Enterprise Company to cooperate with the State to organize into Public Private Joint Venture Construction Enterprise No. 1 under Phat Company. Urban development.
>In April 1980, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 509/Ministry of Construction TCCB dated April 9, 1980, merging Binh Hoa Construction Private Enterprise and Dong Tien into Hoa Construction Joint Venture Enterprise. Tien belongs to Construction Corporation No. 1 - Ministry of Construction.
>In 1984, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 29/TCCB Ministry of Construction dated January 10, 1984, transferring the Hoa Tien Construction Joint-Private Enterprise into Construction Enterprise No. 5 under the Construction Corporation. No. 1 – Ministry of Construction.
>In 1990, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 379/BXD TCCB dated June 29, 1990, converting Construction Enterprise No. 5 into Construction Company No. 5.
>In 1993, implementing Decree 388/HDBT, the Company was established according to Establishment Decision No. 066A/Ministry of Construction TCLD dated March 18, 1993 of the Ministry of Construction. Construction practice license No. 180/Ministry of Construction, Construction Department dated July 5, 1996 of the Ministry of Construction.
>According to Decision No. 1588/QD BXD dated November 20, 2003 of the Minister of Construction on converting state-owned enterprises: Construction Company No. 5 under Construction Corporation No. 1 transformed into a joint stock company and Since January 1, 2004, Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5 officially operates according to the law on joint stock companies
