Establishment History:
- Phase 1: from 1992 to 2001: construction of Song Da Cement Factory with vertical kilns with equipment lines and technology imported from China, design capacity of 8.2 thousand tons of cement/year.
- Phase 2: from 2002 to present: Song Da Cement Factory is a member unit of Song Da 12 Company under Song Da Corporation and has become Song Da Cement Joint Stock Company operating under the Enterprise Law according to Decision No. 1461 QD/BXD dated November 1, 2002 with charter capital at establishment of 17 billion VND
- In 2002, the production and consumption plan was set at 90,000 tons of cement/year, actually produced and consumed 110,000 tons, reaching 122% of the plan and 134% of the design capacity. From 2003 until now, production and consumption output has always been maintained, reaching from 100,000 tons to 110,000 tons/year.
- In 2005, Song Da Cement Joint Stock Company was honored to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the Party and State for the unit's contributions to the cause of building and developing the country.
- From a dependent accounting unit whose main activity was cement production, after equitization, Song Da Cement Joint Stock Company began operating independently under the Enterprise Law, production and business lines are gradually expanding.
- Listing: On December 20, 2006, the Company's shares were listed on the Hanoi stock exchange.
- Delisting: On May 23, 2013, the Company's shares were delisted on the Hanoi stock exchange according to decision 176/QD-SGDHN.
- Listed: On August 6, 2014, the Company's shares were listed on Upcom.

- Exploitation and salvage of mineral products (limestone, clay, sand, gravel, raw materials for cement production bamboo shoot)
