Timeline of Establishment & Development:

SCG was established on April 17, 2019 under business registration certificate No. 0108704763, first registered on April 17, 2019 with 5 founding shareholders, initial charter capital of 100 billion VND with main business activities in the field of construction. After more than 1 year of operation, SCG has increased its capital from 100 billion VND to 500 billion VND, improving the Company's financial capacity in construction activities in the context of simultaneously executing many projects trusted by customers.
From the first day of establishment with only about 60 engineers and architects, up to now the number of SCG employees has increased rapidly with 325 employees, direct workers and 2,000 workers at subcontractors. Up to now, the total number of SCG employees has reached 608 people, nearly 600 direct workers and more than 4,000 indirect workers. In particular, SCG has built a very high reputation among subcontractors and suppliers. Many subcontractors and suppliers trust and want to cooperate with SCG for a long time to build together, develop together and share values together.
On October 15, 2020, SCG Construction Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for registration as a Public Company according to official dispatch No. 6181/UBCK-GSĐC dated October 15, 2020;
On November 19, 2020, SCG Construction Joint Stock Company was certified by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) with securities registration number 71/2020/GCNCP-VSD and was granted stock code (SCG) at the Vietnam Securities Depository Center, the number of registered securities is 50,000,000 shares.
