Establishment History and development:
- Song Da 12 - Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0403000572 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong Province on April 17, 2007, registered for the first change on April 17, 2007, registered Registered the second change on January 25, 2008, registered the third change on July 1, 2008, registered the fourth change on April 7, 2009, registered the 8th change on May 27, 2014. Currently the charter capital is 90,000,000,000 VND (ninety billion VND).
- On May 3, 2010, the company changed its name to Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company.
- Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company listed shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on September 15, 2010. The initial number of shares is 9,000,000 shares; currently 13,889,973 shares; par value 10,000 VND/share.
- The company is the first unit in Vietnam to research, design, manufacture, install, operate instructions, test run, train and transfer technology of fly ash production line from waste ash and slag of Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant, by Complete, modern wet and dry cleaning technology, ensuring productivity, quality, high efficiency and environmental protection.
