Establishment History:
- Song Da Consulting Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Song Da Design Enterprise (established in 1975). During its operation, the Company has changed its name many times to meet new mission situations. In 2001, the Company officially changed its name to Song Da Construction Consulting Company on the basis of merging the following units: CODEMA Automation Equipment Design and Manufacturing Company, Northern Experiment Center, Southern Experiment Center, Quality Technical Supervision Consulting Department, Bidding Project Department of the Corporation with Design Consulting and Survey Company
- At the end of 2004, the company carried out equitization and on December 23, 2005, the Company completed equitization and was named: Song Da Consulting Joint Stock Company.
- November 2006 The company was listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with stock code: SDC (initial charter capital: 15,000,000,000 VND)
