Foundation history:
- Song Da 25 Company's predecessor was Thanh Hoa Industrial Construction Company, established under Decision No. 1268 TC/UB - TH dated December 8, 1971 of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
- On September 9, 1977, the company changed its name to Thanh Hoa Construction Company No. 2. In 1992, the Company was re-established as a state-owned enterprise according to Decision No. 1432 TC/UB - TH dated November 21, 1992 of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.
- On December 13, 2005, the Minister of Construction issued Decision No. 2284/QD - BXD converting Song Da 25 Company into a Joint Stock Company, changing its name to Song Da 25 Joint Stock Company. During the application period to officially be granted the first Business Registration Certificate with the name Song Da 25 Joint Stock Company, 25 days February 9, 2006, the Company's trading activities have begun since January 1, 2006.
