- The company is a state-owned enterprise under the Dong Nai Department of Industry. Established on October 23, 1987
- On March 1, 2000, the enterprise changed to a joint stock company according to Decision No. 4636/QD - UBT of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province
- Currently the company is a member of the SONADEZI group.
- On August 29, 2008, the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province issued the 3rd amended Business Registration Certificate. Total charter capital: 13,496,410,000 VND (Thirteen billion, four hundred and fifty-six million, four hundred and ten thousand VND). In which: State shares: 4,049,280,000 VND (30% of share value). Other shares: 9,444,820,000 VND (70% of share value).
