Establishment History:
- Song Da 10 Joint Stock Company is a member unit of Song Da Corporation - Ministry of Construction. Formerly known as Underground Construction Company, established by Decision No. 54/BXD-TCCB dated February 11, 1981 of the Minister of Construction.
- Over more than 30 years of establishment and development, the unit has many different names, such as Underground Construction Company, Song Da 10 Underground Construction Company and changed its name to Song Da 10 Company in 2002.
- Since 2005, the Company has gradually equitized the enterprise. On November 14, 2005, the Minister of Construction issued Decision No. 2114/QD-BXD officially converting Song Da 10 Company into Joint stock company.
- On December 26, 2005, the Company officially came into operation in the form of a Joint Stock Company under Business Registration Certificate 0103010419 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City.
- On November 27, 2006, the Company received a license from the State Securities Commission to list shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center (now the Hanoi Stock Exchange) with the trading code: SDT and date. December 14, 2006 SDT shares were officially traded. In November 2009, the Company increased its charter capital from 60 billion VND to 117 billion VND. In April 2011, with the consent of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company continued to increase its charter capital to 210.6 billion VND and listed additional capital on the Hanoi Stock Exchange in November 2011. In 2013, the Company continued to increase its capital from 210.6 billion VND to 399.945 billion VND. In 2014, the Company continued to increase capital to 427,323 billion VND by issuing 2,786,908 shares to increase capital to merge with Song Da 10.1 Joint Stock Company.
