Establishment History:
- March 15, 2007: Song Da Urban Joint Stock Company was established. This is the predecessor of Song Da Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company; SURICOD is a member unit of Song Da Corporation.
- October 15, 2008: Formerly Song Da Urban Joint Stock Company officially changed its name to Cong Song Da Urban Development and Investment Construction Joint Stock Company
- 9/28/2009: 10,000,000 shares of the Company officially traded at the Exchange Hanoi stock exchange.
- April 28, 2010: The 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders decided to increase the Company's charter capital up 200,000,000,000 VND equivalent to 20,000,000 Shares.
- October 2010: The Company's first project: SongDa Urban Tower 34 high floor officially put into use.
- 07/2013: Groundbreaking to start construction of social housing project - SDU Building at 143 Tran Phu, Ha Dong, Hanoi with 35 floors completed and put into good use IV/2015.
