Establishment History:

Saigon Net Weaving Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Truc Giang Engineering Company, was established in 1968
In July 1976, the company was nationalized into plastic factory No. 6
In December 1978, according to Decision No. 2282/STSTCCb dated December 15, 1978 of the Department of Fisheries to merge plastic factory No. 6, Tran Phuc Phat Company and Vietnam Net Company to establish a state-owned Weaving Net Packaging Enterprise, continuing to inherit, maintain and develop the traditional products of Truc Giang, the company's industry is the production of all kinds of fishing threads and all kinds of fishing nets
In April 2000, according to Decision No. 1125/QDTTg dated December 3, 1999 of the Prime Minister, the State-owned Packaging Net Weaving Enterprise was transformed into a joint stock company with a new name: Saigon Net Weaving Joint Stock Company
The company began listing with the stock code SFN on December 28, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Independent audit: auditing and information technology services company (AISC).
The Company's shares were transferred to the exchange and listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange from June 11, 2009 according to the Decision of the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center.

Producing and processing all kinds of fishing lines and nets for fishing, agriculture, sports, beekeeping, labor protection, used in construction, livestock and farming for domestic and export customers
Importing machinery, equipment, supplies and raw materials for production and business needs
Trading in all kinds of plastic beads, fishing gear, aquatic supplies, garments, rattan and bamboo products
Design and manufacture of net production machines, equipment and spare parts for the fisheries, agriculture, construction, sports and labor protection industries
Production, processing, trading of decorative nets, rescue nets, camouflage nets, net packaging.
Construction of houses of all kinds
