Establishment History:
- Sa Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company inherited from the Sa Giang shrimp chip factory of Mr. Le Minh Triet and Ms. Ho Thi Son, built and operated from the beginning of 1960 until the liberation of the South. After liberation in 1975, Sa Giang shrimp chip factory was taken over by the State and changed to Industrial Import-Export Company.
- On December 8, 1992, Sa Giang Import-Export Company was officially established under Decision 126/QDTL of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province and was registered for business under license No. 101209. Implementing the policy of equitizing state-owned enterprises, the Company has made a transformation. By July 2004, Sa Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company officially operated under Business Registration Certificate No. 5103000027 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Thap province on July 2, 2004.
- Shares of the company are licensed to be listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange September 5, 2009
- The company began listing with the stock code SGC on September 5, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development securities company. Independent audit: auditing and financial accounting consulting joint stock company (AFC).
