Establishment History
- Son Ha Saigon Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Son Ha Metal Mechanical Company Limited Branch, operates under business registration certificate No. 4112015079 dated May 27, 2004 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. level.
- In 2009, Son Ha Mechanical LLC Branch converted to a One Member Limited Company model and operated under Business Registration Certificate No. 4104008417 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on March 4, 2009.
- In 2010, the Company changed its model from Son Ha Saigon Co., Ltd. to Son Ha Saigon Joint Stock Company, operating under business registration certificate No. 0307526635 dated December 22, 2010. During its operation, the Company has been approved 9 times by the Department of Planning and Investment of the City. Ho Chi Minh City issues additional and changed Business Registration Certificates to suit the Company's operating situation.
- May 11, 2012: Saigon Son Ha Joint Stock Company has officially become a public company according to Announcement No. 1460/UBCK-QLPH dated May 11, 2012 of the State Securities Commission.
- December 28, 2012: Son Ha Saigon Joint Stock Company has been approved by the Hanoi Stock Exchange to list shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- November 21, 2012: Established Son Ha Industry Company Limited
- October 22, 2015: Decision to receive transfer of capital contribution to Son Ha Chu Lai International Company Limited
- 2015: Issued to existing shareholders 10 million shares, increasing charter capital to 180 billion.
- On September 27, 2016, SHA shares were approved by HOSE to list on the HSX stock exchange
- On November 30, 2016, 18 million SHA shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange
