Establishment History:
- Son Ha International Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Son Ha Metal Engineering Company Limited, was established and operated under business registration certificate No. 070376 dated November 23, 1998 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, initial charter capital was 600 million copper.
- The company converted to a joint stock company model and operated under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103020425 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi on October 30, 2007. During its operation, the Company was twice recognized by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi. Internally issue additional Business Registration Certificate to suit the Company's operating situation.
- The company increased its charter capital 6 times from 600 million VND to 150 billion VND in 2009.
- The Company's products are distributed nationwide through more than 500 distributors and more than 5,000 agents, or exported directly abroad.
- Year 2010: Successful conversion of ISO 9001:2000 certificate to ISO 9001:2008. Son Ha and EVN Group signed a cooperation agreement to implement the program of using energy water heaters sun
- Year 2011 : Increased charter capital to 267 billion VND
- Year 2012: Stainless steel pipe products exported to 20 countries: United States, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Singapore...
- Year 2013: Started implementing the branch network expansion strategy starting with branches in Quang Binh, Cam Pha, Ha Tinh.
- 2014: Issue 10 million shares to increase charter capital to 367 billion VND, rapidly develop network with more than 20 established branches established.
- Year 2015: to Established Son Ha Nghe An Company Limited, established Son Ha SSP Company Limited (separated from the steel pipe production segment), expanded the branch network to more than 44 branches, increased charter capital to 547 billion copper.
- 2016: Signed a cooperation agreement and became the exclusive partner of CST Group (USA) in Vietnam; Inaugurated and put into production Son Ha Nghe An factory; Officially launched new product Son Ha water heater to the market; Honored by the Government as National Brand 2016
