Establishment Timeline, development:
- Song Da Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company was established in 2008 under the Business Registration Certificate issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on February 29, 2008. In the early stages of establishment, the Company mainly operated in the field of injection drilling construction, survey drilling, reinforcement drilling and foundation treatment of civil, industrial, and technical infrastructure construction projects and has implemented many large projects such as: Dak Doa power project; Huong Son powerhouse project; Xekaman 3 hydroelectric project; Xekaman 1 hydroelectric project; Huoi Quang hydroelectric project.
- On March 1, 2008, the Company held the first General Meeting of Shareholders on capital contributions from founding shareholders and common shareholders.
- On April 4, 2011, the Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for public company registration according to official dispatch No. 911/UBCK-QLPH.
- On August 30, 2018, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 74/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) with a total number of registered shares of 10,000,000 shares (ten million shares).
