- SIVICO Joint Stock Company was officially established on March 28, 2002, and is the first unit in Vietnam to produce reflective thermoplastic traffic paint;
- On March 28, 2002, the Company was granted the first Business Registration Certificate with a charter capital of 5,000,000,000 VND;
- On August 1, 2016, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong province issued the 6th amended Business Registration Certificate to SIVICO Joint Stock Company.

- Initially, the charter capital was 5,000,000,000 VND;
- In June 2007, charter capital after increase was 7,000,000,000 VND;
- In June 2009, charter capital after increase was 16,066,000,000 VND;
- In October 2014, charter capital after increase was 20,082,500,000 VND;
- In August 2016, charter capital after increase was 30,123,740,000 VND.
