Establishment History:
- >Established in 1988, formerly known as New Product Enterprise or Factory No1, is a seafood processing and exporting enterprise.
- July 2000, the enterprise was equitized and renamed Seafood Joint Stock Company No. 1. Initial charter capital was 20 billion copper.
- The company started listing with stock code SJ1 on December 29, 2006 at the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Independent audit: Financial consulting services company accounting and auditing.
- In 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 35 billion VND. This is the first time the Company has increased its charter capital and marks an important milestone in the process of increasing scale and expanding investment directions to help the company develop more sustainably.
- In 2009, transferred listing to Hanoi Stock Exchange to comply with state regulations.
In 2012, increased charter capital to 38.5 billion VND by paying 10% stock dividends.
In 2014, increased charter capital to 55,832,000 VND by offering shares to the public.
June 1, 2015: Changed the Company's name from Seafood Joint Stock Company No. 1 to Hung Hau Agriculture Joint Stock Company. Change the Company's website domain name from www.seajoco.vn to www.agri.hunghau.vn. Increase charter capital to 77,451,840,000 VND through 3 issuances. Phase 1 of issuing shares to increase share capital from owner's equity. Phases 2 and 3 of shares are issued to pay dividends in 2014 and according to the issuance program for employees.
In 2016, increased charter capital to 104,553,710,000 VND through issuing shares to pay dividends in 2015 and according to the program to increase capital from equity sources
