- Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company is a unit under Song Da 1 State Limited Company - Song Da Corporation, established according to enterprise law on the basis of Song Da 1.01 Enterprise under Song Da 1 Construction Company, formerly known as Construction Team No. 1.
- Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company operates under Business Registration License No. 0103003233 dated November 24, 2003 issued by the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the first change of Registration Certificate on August 30, 2006.
- On November 21, 2007, 2,110,000 shares of the Company were officially traded at the Hanoi Securities Trading Center with the stock code SJC according to decision No. 1001/TB-TTGDCKHN of the Hanoi Securities Trading Center
- On March 6, 2008, the Company organized a public offering of 890,000 shares by auction. The total proceeds from the offering were 30,824,950,000 VND
