Establishment History
- Formerly the Interior Decoration Construction Enterprise was established since liberation in 1975 under Construction Union No. 2 later changed its name to Da Nang Construction Materials and Cement Company
- On June 26, 1997, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 387/QD on the establishment of Song Da 19 Interior Decoration Construction Company under Song Da Corporation on the basis of the Interior Decoration Construction Enterprise of the Company. Da Nang Construction Materials and Cement Company.
- On June 18, 2003, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 869/QD/BTX of the Minister of Construction on converting the Company into Song Da 19 Joint Stock Company and operating under business registration license No. 3203000128 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City on July 15, 2003. From now on, Song Da 19 Joint Stock Company officially operates with an initial charter capital of 3,000,000,000, VND (Three billion VND)
- December 2007The company was approved by the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center to list its shares on the stock market. On January 9, 2008, it was officially approved with the stock code SJM according to decision No. 03/GCN-TTGDHN.
- May 2009 The company moved its headquarters from 12 Ho Xuan Huong, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City to Floor 1, DN3, Building CT9, My Dinh New Urban Area, Me Tri commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi city.
- January 15, 2011 The company was granted a certificate of public offering of shares by the State Securities Commission with the number of additional shares issued being 3,500,000 shares. On June 15, 2011, the Company was granted the first changed securities registration certificate No. 02/2008/GCNCP-VSD-1 by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center. Certifying that the total number of registered securities of the Company is 5,000,000 shares with a total value of registered securities of 50,000,000,000 VND.
- On March 26, 2014, the Hanoi Stock Exchange decided to delist the Company's shares from April 25, 2014.
- On May 20, 2014, Hanoi Stock Exchange decided to approve the Company's stock trading registration on UPCOM.
