Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On August 25, 2012, the Bird's Nest NGKCC Factory was inaugurated and officially put into operation. This is one of the modern, high-class factories in Southeast Asia in the field of bird's nest water production with a capacity of 15,000 products/h. The factory is invested in a new, completely automatic, synchronous, and modern equipment line imported directly from ITALIA with advanced technology features of the latest generation.
- In June 2013, the Company launched a new product line of Khanh Hoa Sanest Collagen Bird's Nest water. The product is a harmonious combination of Bird's Nest - natural island with natural Collagen to help increase the body's resistance, fight aging, and create youthfulness for the skin.
- On December 26, 2015, Chairman of the Board of Members of Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest State Company Limited issued Decision No. 2336/QD-YS to establish NGK Sanest Khanh Hoa Company Limited according to the policy of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province on restructuring state-owned enterprises. In June 2016, the Company continued to successfully research and launch the new product line Khanh Hoa Sanest for Kids Bird's Nest water. The product is made from Bird's Nest - natural island combined with Taurin and Orafti GR to help strengthen resistance, improve the immune system, stimulate digestion, enhance memory and supplement some essential minerals for children's bodies such as calcium, iron, zinc...
- On October 18, 2017, the Company was granted the stock code SKH with a total value of registered securities of 79,516,400,000 VND. On October 25, 2017, the Company was officially traded on the UPCOM exchange. On November 16, 2017, the Company officially changed its form from a Single Member Limited Company to operating in the form of a Joint Stock Company.
- On March 23, 2018, NGK Sanest Khanh Hoa Joint Stock Company became a public company. On November 13, 2018, the Company was approved to change the trading registration for SKH shares. On November 26, 2018, the Company officially traded with the additional registered shares of 8,175,100 shares.
