Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- The company's predecessor was Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Natural Mineral Water Factory, established by Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest State Limited Company on September 1, 2007 according to decision No. 162/QD-YS with the field of production and business activities being the production of natural mineral water under the Sanna brand. Since its establishment, the Company has applied a quality management system according to international standards ISO 9001 and HACCP, contributing to bringing to the market a line of natural mineral water products with outstanding quality. In 2008, Sanna was honored to become the official beverage sponsor for the Miss Universe contest held in Vietnam.
- On February 15, 2011, Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Natural Mineral Water Factory was renamed Sanna Beverage Factory, under Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest State Company Limited according to decision No. 39/QD-YS with the main field of producing bottled water and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Implementing the policy of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province on business restructuring, in December 2015, the factory was transformed into Sanna Khanh Hoa Beverage Company Limited according to decision No. 2340/Đ-YS dated December 26, 2015 of Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest State Company Limited with the main business of producing bottled water and non-alcoholic drinks and charter capital of 50,000,000,000 VND.
- Implement the policy of equitization according to Decision No. 3041/QD-UBND dated October 12, 2016 of Tinh Khanh Hoa People's Committee. On September 12, 2017, the Company held a public offering to the outside world.
- On November 10, 2017, Sanna Khanh Hoa Beverage Company Limited held the first General Meeting of Shareholders, converting into Sanna Khanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company with charter capital of 50,000,000,000 VND, equivalent to 5,000,000 common shares with par value of 10,000 VND/share. Of which, the State holds 51%, the remaining 49% is held by workers, regular investors, and strategic investors.
- On November 16, 2017, the Company was granted business registration certificate No. 4201675930 (first change) by the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province, converting it into a joint stock company with charter capital of 50,000,000,000 VND.
- On April 9, 2018, Sanna Khanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company.
- Currently the Company operates under Business Registration Certificate No.: 4201675930 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa Province for the first time on January 28, 2016, changed to lane 1 on November 16, 2017 with a charter capital of 50,000,000,000 VND.
- Is the production and sales of non-alcoholic beverages, mineral water and other products.
