- On December 26, 2014, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3603/QD-UBND on equitizing Dien Khanh Bird's Nest Premium Beverage Company Limited.
- On January 5, 2016, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued Decision No. 05/QD-UBND approving the plan to convert Dien Khanh Bird's Nest Premium Beverage Company Limited into a joint stock company, with the name Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Beverage Joint Stock Company.
- On June 29, 2016, the Company conducted an initial public offering of shares through the Ho Chi Minh City Exchange, with an average successful auction price of 23,665 VND/share.
- On August 31, 2016, the Company successfully held the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Beverage Joint Stock Company and officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company according to Enterprise Certificate No. 4201624478 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province, changing for the first time on September 9, 2016 with a charter capital of 230 billion VND.
- On December 29, 2016, the Company became a public company according to Official Letter No. 8619/UBCK-GSĐC of the State Securities Commission.
