Timeline of Establishment & Development of the Company
- 2008 SACOM Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established in July 2008 with an initial charter capital of 200 billion VND, SAMLAND targets the customer segment with middle and high income, proposing the SAMLAND brand in its branding strategy
- 2009 The first construction project was started and is called SAMLAND Riverview, a 12-storey apartment and office building in the center of Binh Thanh district (178/6 Nguyen Van Thuong, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City)
- 2011-2013 SAMLAND RiverView project was completed on schedule and marked the first mark for the SAMLAND brand. In addition, the Company was approved to implement the 55.2 ha Nhon Trach residential area project, as well as deploy many other projects such as Secondary investment and distribution of 222 apartments under the Samland Giai Viet B2 Apartment project, Secondary investment and distribution of 64 apartments under the Hoang Anh Riverview apartment project
- 2015-2016 Commenced SAMLAND Airport project and handed over ahead of schedule. At the same time, the Company's charter capital was also increased to 402,236,090,000 VND.
- 2019 Samsora Riverside project handed over ahead of schedule. The Company increased its charter capital to 422,347,860,000 VND through payment of stock dividends.
- 2020 The Company increased the Company's charter capital to 443,463,730,000 VND through payment of stock dividends.
- 2021 The Company increases the Company's charter capital to 785,730,950,000 VND through paying dividends in shares and offering additional shares to the public
