- 1983: Nam Can Seafood Joint Venture Company was established under Decision No. 126/QD-UB dated December 2, 1983 of the People's Committee of Minh Hai province.
- 1992: Nam Can Seafood Joint Venture Company converted into a Joint Stock Company under license No. 258/GP-UB dated November 25, 1992 of Minh Hai Provincial People's Committee
- 2007: Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company issued shares to increase charter capital from 30 billion VND to 50 billion VND according to the Resolution of the company's General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 1, 2007
- Year 2008: Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company has been a public company since March 7, 2008
- Year 2009: Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company registered securities depository at the Vietnam Securities Depository - securities registration certificate No. 91/2009/GCNCP-VSD dated December 24, 2009
- Year 2014: Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company officially traded securities on UPCOM on November 11, 2014
