- On December 15, 1990, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued Decision No. 1713/QD-UBT on the establishment of a state-owned enterprise, Bien Hoa Industrial Park Development Company, with the initial business of developing and trading industrial park infrastructure in Dong Nai province. - On December 30, 2015, the Corporation auctioned shares to the public at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with a total number of shares offered for sale of 131,334,100 shares.
- On February 1, 2016, Industrial Park Development Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company changed its business type from Industrial Park Development Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company to Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Corporation.
- On July 6, 2017, the State Securities Commission issued document No. 4583/UBCK-GSĐC approving the Company as a public company.
