- Phu Bai Fiber Joint Stock Company has its headquarters and factory located in Phu Bai Industrial Park, Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Town, Thua Thien Hue Province and was newly established under Business Registration Certificate No. 3300352720 issued for the first time by the Department of Planning and Investment of Thua Thien Hue Province on January 14, 2003 and went into official operation in March 2003, with an initial charter capital of 6 billion VND
- Phu Bai Fiber Joint Stock Company is a member unit of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, established and officially put into production and business operations from March 1, 2003
- On October 17, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 65,000 VND/share.

- Production and trading of yarn, weaving, raw materials and products of the yarn, weaving and dyeing industry;
- Specialized wholesale: cotton, fibers, yarns of all kinds and products of the fiber, weaving and dyeing industry;

Since its establishment, Phu Bai Fiber Joint Stock Company has had 03 capital increases.
- First time: Establishing a joint stock company with actual contributed capital of 6,000,000,000 VND.
- First time: June 30, 2007, charter capital increased by 2,100,000,000 VND, actual charter capital contributed by 8,100,000,000 VND, through stock dividends and stock issuance to increase charter capital for existing shareholders.
- Third time: October 31, 2015, charter capital increased by 35,900,000,000 VND, charter capital actually contributed 50,000,000,000 VND, through the form of issuing shares to increase charter capital from other capital sources of the owner to existing shareholders.
