Establishment History:
- On May 23, 1960, Sao Vang Rubber Factory was established. On August 27, 1992, Sao Vang Rubber Factory was renamed Sao Vang Rubber Company according to decision No. 645/CNNG.
- On October 24, 2005 Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company was established under decision No. 3500/QD BCN on converting Sao Vang Rubber Company into Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company.
- On April 3, 2006, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company was granted the first business registration certificate by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with a charter capital of 49,048,000,000 VND.
- On December 7, 2006, the Company changed its business registration for the first time with a charter capital of: 80,000,000,000 VND.
- On July 27, 2007, the Company changed its business registration for the second time with a charter capital of: 108,000,000,000 VND.
- On October 7, 2009, the company's shares were listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with the code SRC
