Development process

• Established in 1994, SeABank is one of the earliest joint stock commercial banks and is currently in the Top 10 largest joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam. Currently, SeABank has a charter capital of 5,335 billion VND, is one of the 7 joint stock commercial banks with the largest charter capital in Vietnam, of which foreign strategic partner Societe Generale owns 20% of the shares.
• Other financial indicators: total assets reached 55,695 billion VND (an increase of 182% compared to 2009), total mobilization reached 39,867 billion VND (an increase of 162% compared to 2009), total outstanding loans to economic organizations and individuals reached 20,417 billion VND (an increase of 214% compared to 2009) and the bad debt ratio accounted for 1.82% of the total outstanding debt. SeABank's 2010 service fee revenue reached 102.5 billion VND (an increase of 180% compared to 2009). SeABank currently has 1,533 employees at 104 transaction points (an increase of 145% compared to 2009) and nearly 104,000 customers nationwide.
• Currently, SeABank has issued nearly 87,900 ATM cards including domestic debit cards S24+, S24++, student cards, affiliate cards, international MasterCard cards... and has 137 ATMs nationwide. SeABank's ATM cards can be transacted at more than 10,000 ATMs, 36,451 POS machines of SeABank and banks in the BanknetVN & SmartLink and VNBC card alliances nationwide. Especially as an official member of the two largest card organizations in the world, MasterCard and Visa Card, in 2010 SeABank also officially issued the EMV MasterCard international debit card, EMV MasterCard postpaid international debit card using EMV chip card technology with the highest security standards, which currently in Vietnam in particular and the Asian region in general, almost no banks have applied. SeABank MasterCard international cards can be transacted at 24 million POS and 1 million ATMs worldwide with full features: cash withdrawal, payment for goods and services, transfer, balance inquiry, battery exchange, statement printing... Besides, SeABank is also preparing to issue an international Visa Card at the end of the first quarter of 2011 to better meet the needs of customers to use international cards.
• In 2010 SeABank also completed the transformation of the organizational model at all transaction points nationwide according to a retail banking model that meets international standards from interior - exterior systems, staff, operational processes... In addition, SeABank also constantly diversifies sales products and services. retail to best meet all the needs of individual customers and small & medium businesses.
• With its operational achievements in the past year, SeABank has been awarded many noble titles, including Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, ASEAN Business Award - ABA 2010, Top 300/500 largest enterprises in Vietnam, Top 85/500 large private enterprises in Vietnam, Top 44/1000 largest income tax paying enterprises in Vietnam...
