- VNECO.SSM Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Da Nang Steel Structure Manufacturing Factory (under Electrical Construction Company 3), was established on August 31, 2001 according to Decision 225/QD - HĐQT of the Board of Directors of the Construction Corporation Vietnam's industry.
- According to Decision No. 85/2004/QD – BCN dated October 26, 2004 of the Minister of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) on converting the Da Nang Steel Structure Manufacturing Factory into the Da Nang Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.
- On October 26, 2004, Da Nang Steel Structure Manufacturing Factory officially operated in the form of a joint stock company with the name Da Nang Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company with an initial capital of 7.5 billion VND.
- On January 17, 2006, the Company officially changed its name to VNECO.SSM Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 973 QD/SSM-TCTĐHC dated January 17, 2006 of the Board of Directors of Da Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company Danang.
- Implementing the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated January 25, 2007, the Company increased capital from 7.5 billion to 9.97143 billion VND by issuing 247,143 shares with par value of 10,000 VND/share to existing shareholders.
- Implementing the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 11, 2007, the Company increased capital from 9.97143 billion to 27.51664 billion VND by issuing shares with par value of 10,000 VND/share to: existing shareholders, officers and employees and offering for sale. to the public.
- VNECO.SSM Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company is an affiliated company in the combination of businesses Parent company - Subsidiary company - Associate company of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation.
