- On September 21, 2006, Saigon - Tay Do Beer - Beverage Joint Stock Company was established as a joint stock company by the Department of Planning and Investment of Can Tho City for the first time on September 21, 2006, business code: 1800641942.
- In 2006, the Company was established and acquired assets, machinery and equipment for Beverage production of Vietnam Beverage Company Limited.
- In October 2006, the Company decided to invest in a beer production project with a capacity of 25 million liters/year.
- In November 2007, the Company decided to invest in a new can filling line with a capacity of 18,000 cans/hour.
- In February 2009, the Company decided to invest in expanding the capacity of the beer production line system from 25 million liters per year to 40 million liters per year.
- January 2013: The company decided to invest in depth, increasing the beer production line capacity from 40 million liters to 70 million liters/year.
- Along with expanding business activities, the Company also increased the initial charter capital from 45 billion VND to 200 billion VND according to Business Registration Certificate No. 1800641942, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Can Tho City on September 21, 2006, registered for the 4th change on March 28, 2017.
- May 19, 2017 The company has 115 shareholders with a charter capital of 200 billion VND. At this time, Saigon - Tay Do Beer - Beverage Joint Stock Company qualifies as a public company.
- On August 31, 2017, Saigon - Tay Do Beer - Beverage Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for registration as a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 5897/UBCK-GSĐC dated August 31, 2017 of the State Securities Commission.
- On September 6, 2019, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 40/2019/GCNCP-VSD, with a total number of registered shares of 20,000,000 shares.
