- 1975: Sotrans was founded
- 1990: Establishment of Freight Forwarding Services Enterprise (SOTRANS F&W)
- 1992: Establishment of International Transport Agent Enterprise (SOTRÁN Logistics)
- 1993: Established representative office of Southern Logistics Company in Dong Nai
- 1995: SOTRANS is a member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)
- 1996: SOTRANS is a member of Vietnam Logistics Association (VIFFAS)
- 1997: Cooperated with GEMADEPT to build Phuoc Long 2 ICD port. SOTRANS is a member of the International Freight Forwarding Association (FIATA)
- 1999: Established a branch of Southern Logistics Company in Hanoi
- 2000: Established a branch of Southern Logistics Company in Can Tho
- 2001: Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification in the field of Logistics services issued by DNV organization
- 2002: Established representative office of Southern Logistics Company in Binh Duong
- 2003: SOTRANS received the third-class labor medal
- 2005: SOTRANS received second-class labor medal; SOTRANS is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA)
- 2007: SOTRANS transformed into a Joint Stock Company
- 2009: SOTRANS won the 2009 Vietnam Golden Star Award
- 2010: Establishment of Focus International Transport Export Import Enterprise (SOTRANS Focus); Establishment of Logistics Port (SOTRANS ICD); Established Petroleum Materials Enterprise (SOTRANS Petrol); SOTRANS received the first-class labor medal.
- 2013: Contributing capital to establish SORECO Real Estate Two-member LLC.
