Establishment History:
- Vu Dang Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company was established on April 5, 2013 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0600986839 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Nam Dinh province with an initial charter capital of 5 billion VND.
- The Company received Construction License No. 29/2018/GPXD dated November 14, 2018 and Construction License No. 13/2019/GPXD from the Department of Construction of Thai Binh Province approving the Company to carry out the project of building a fiber factory at Dong Phong Industrial Cluster, Dong Phong commune (now is Dong Quan commune), Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province.
- On December 19, 2019, the Company received Decision No. 3770/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province on approving the investment adjustment policy of the investment project to build a fiber factory at Dong Phong Industrial Cluster, Dong Phong commune, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province, increasing capacity. to 9,438 tons/year, an increase of 2.75 times compared to the original capacity.
- Up to now, after 3 times of issuing shares to increase charter capital, the Company has achieved a charter capital of 129 billion VND. During the development process, the company has created a good reputation not only with customers but also a good reputation with local people and investors.
- As of December 24, 2019, after the third capital increase, the Company only had 6 shareholders. However, in January 2020, these shareholders transferred their shares to other shareholders. As of February 10, 2020, the number of shareholders of the company is 128 shareholders.
- According to the provisions of Point C, Clause 25 of the 2006 Securities Law, a public company is a joint stock company with shares owned by at least 100 investors, not including professional securities investors, and with a charter capital of VND 10 billion or more. Thus, as of February 10, 2020, the Company was qualified to become a public company. Therefore, on February 19, 2020, the company submitted the public company registration application to the State Securities Commission.
- On April 24, 2020, the Company officially became a public company according to Official Letter No. 2776/UBCK-GSDC dated April 24, 2020 of the State Securities Commission
- On May 5, 2020, the Company was granted securities registration certificate No. 27/2020/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the stock code SVD, the total number of registered shares is 12,900,000 cp
