Establishment History:
- Before 1975, Bien Hoa Packaging Joint Stock Company was formed from a small carton packaging factory with the brand name Sovi. After 1975, this factory was taken over by the State and transformed into a state-owned enterprise named Bien Hoa Packaging Factory. When taken over, the factory had a designed capacity of the entire equipment line of 5,000 tons/year, specializing in producing 3-layer and 5-layer carton boxes, and the average output was only about 4,000 - 4,500 tons/year.
- With the open-door policy from the 6th Congress of the Party, Vietnam's socio-economic situation has undergone a clear change, the growth rate of the industry has continuously increased rapidly in the following years, this has led to the packaging manufacturing industry growing more and more. Realizing that the carton packaging industry has strong development potential, the Factory continuously invests in in-depth projects, transferring modern technology from countries with developed industries to expand production scale to increase output and improve the quality of carton packaging products, immediately meeting the increasing demand of the market.
- Implementing the State's policy, with the purpose of improving production capacity and business autonomy, in September 2003, the factory officially transformed into a joint stock company, named Bien Hoa Packaging Joint Stock Company under Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation.
- Sovi's products are signed with long-term supply contracts by leading Vietnamese companies as well as joint venture companies: Lever Vietnam, Kinh Do, Bibica, Coca-Cola...
- 2003-2005: The company continued to invest in expanding products and improving production lines, bringing production capacity of offset printed paper boxes to 3,000 tons/year;
- 2005-2007: Invest in expanding the Carton packaging factory with an area of 4.5 hectares at Street 3, Bien Hoa Industrial Park, increasing the total product design capacity to 40,000 tons/year. Deploy ERP System with Oracle E Business Suite solution.
- Securities Depository Center issued Securities Depository Registration Certificate No. 1662/TB-TTLK dated December 4, 2008 to allow Bien Hoa Packaging Joint Stock Company listed its shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center, Business Registration License No. 4703000057 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province, first registered on August 14, 2003, registered for the second change on December 4, 2007, dated main transaction format December 22, 2008.
- 2012-2013: Carton packaging factory in My Phuoc, Binh Duong officially came into operation with the first phase capacity of 30,000 tons/year.
Listed on HOSE, increased charter capital to 106,987,420,000 VND. - 2015-2016: Tincrease charter capital to 128,324,370,000 VND in the form of increasing capital from equity sources. Achieved a certificate of top 10 most trusted enterprises in Vietnam belonging to the same economic system.

- Production of pulp, paper and paperboard (paper manufacturing);
- Trading raw materials for packaging and paper production;
