Establishment History
- June 26, 2007: Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Sonadezi Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, was granted the first business registration certificate and officially went into operation.
- September 15, 2007: Sonadezi Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital and changed its name to Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company.
- November 2008: Completed construction and officially put the Office of Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park in Huu Phuoc village, Suoi Nghe commune, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province into operation.
- Fourth quarter of 2010: The company collects tolls under the Road 768 BOT Project on Dong Khoi Street and Thien Tan Water Plant Road.
- May 2011: The company leased land to Chau Duc Industrial Park to the first customers.
- January 2012: The company opened its headquarters office on the 9th Floor, Sonadezi Building; December 2012, inaugurated Sonadezi Golf Practice Course at Sonadezi College of Technology and Management, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai.
- December 2014: The company issued private shares to increase the company's charter capital from 700 billion VND to 1,000 billion VND according to the plan approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
- December 2015: The company completed investment and exploitation of the next 02 toll stations of the BOT Road 768 Project.
- Year 2016: Completed the construction work and put into operation Module 01 - Capacity of 4,000 m3/day.night Centralized wastewater treatment station No. 02 Chau Duc Industrial Park - Phase 01 with capacity of 500 m3/day.night, has been granted a discharge license by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province discharged into water sources No. 20/GP.UBND dated August 11, 2016.
- 2017: Completed construction of industrial park infrastructure phase I to serve customers renting land in the industrial park.
- January 30, 2018: Groundbreaking ceremony of Chau Duc Golf course project.
- March 2018: Signed an investment cooperation agreement to build Chau Duc Golf Course with a Korean partner.
- June 2018: Established Chau Duc Golf Course LLC
