Establishment History:
- Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 4703000058 dated August 18, 2003 with a charter capital of 50 billion VND. The company was established to implement construction investment and business projects in Long Thanh Industrial Park infrastructure.
- Long Thanh Industrial Park infrastructure investment project is a project that Sonadezi Bien Hoa Company started implementing in 2002. By mid-2003, Sonadezi Company had completed all the necessary work to form Long Thanh industrial park such as planning, applying for a license to establish an industrial park and infrastructure. - After establishing Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company, Sonadezi Bien Hoa Industrial Park Development Company also established Sonadezi Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Sonalands) to implement the Tam An Residential Area project and a number of other residential projects. Founding shareholders of Sonalands Company also include founding shareholders of Sonadezi Long Thanh.
- By the end of 2005, Sonadezi Bien Hoa Company decided to merge Sonalands Company into Sonadezi Long Thanh Company. At the time of merger, Sonalands Company had a charter capital of 15 billion VND.
- After the merger, Sonadezi Long Thanh increased its charter capital to 71 billion VND with the main business line being the development of industrial parks and residential areas. By the end of November 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 100 billion VND to meet capital needs in expanding production and business activities and participating in new projects.
- Year 2010: In February 2010, Sonadezi Real Estate Exchange was established. By April 2010, the Company continued to increase its charter capital from 100 billion to 200 billion VND to meet capital needs in expanding production and business activities and participating in new projects.
- Year 2013-2014: September 25, 2013: Established a branch of Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company in Chau Duc Industrial Park. September 23, 2014: Establishment of Sonadezi Long Thanh Petroleum Store - branch of Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company
- Year 2015: December 22, 2015: Officially opened Gas station opened and put into operation
