- Thanh An Construction Joint Stock Company 96, formerly known as Factory 96 under Thanh An Corporation - Ministry of National Defense, was converted to a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 3073/QD-BQP dated October 25, 2007 of the Ministry of National Defense. The company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0400100545 issued by the Business Registration Office under the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City on January 9, 2008, changed for the 7th time on September 18, 2015. With an initial charter capital of 17,110,000,000 VND. In 2015, the company increased its capital to 81,851,650,000 VND.
- The main business is performing civil, industrial, transportation, irrigation projects, dams, ports, water supply and drainage projects, post and telecommunications projects, projects serving National Defense and security... The company gradually expands the construction market from the Central region to the Northern and Southern markets.

- The company registered and became a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 3868/UBCK - QLPH dated November 23, 2010 of the State Securities Commission. And approved by Hanoi Stock Exchange to list at the department according to Decision No. 328/QD - SGDHN dated June 4, 2015
